Nicole has been involved in the Edmonton real estate business for close to 20 years.
She earned her Interior Design Diploma in 1998 and soon after launched Designs by Nicole, which grew from an Interior Design consulting business to a successful full service design, renovation and construction company.
This involvement in the design, renovation and construction entailed significant dealings in residential real estate transactions and led Nicole to earn her license in 2010.
Since then she has worked hard as a licensed realtor to service both buyers and sellers in the residential and lake property real estate markets, while continuing to work in the design and construction business.
Nicole is also a partner in T Bar Developments Ltd., a local contactor providing concrete, paving, and maintenance services in Edmonton and Northern Alberta.
Nicole has lived in the St Albert area since 1980, and currently lives with her family in Sturgeon County, while also owning recreational lake property in the Athabasca area. She continues to be involved in the community through various initiatives and charities and volunteers in the lunch program at Ronald McDonald House.
Nicole enjoys golf, curling and travel and is also fully bilingual in both English and French.
