I have been putting my clients first as a Realtor for 10 years. Making sure that my clients are taken care of is my highest priority. The purchase or sale of a home is the single most daunting endeavour that most of us take on, affecting us for years into the future. Therefore, it is so important that the decisions we make are the right ones not only now, but also for the future of our families. My job is to make sure that my clients have all the information to make the choices are right for them. Whether you choose to buy, sell or re-evaluate at a later time, as long as the path you take is right for you I have done my job. Real Estate has become my full-time passion. Before my Real Estate life, I worked in Health care for 22 years. Taking care of those who have trouble taking care of themselves, with mental health issues, this I believe is where my passion for people came from. During this time, I would provide all manner of services and requiring the ability to look at different perspectives: this allows me to not only see the challenge but also possible alternative solutions, thinking outside the box, no two clients or people have the same needs or path to reach their goals. I am married, for 20 years, happy father of two grown boys, who are finding their way in the world, I was raised in St.Albert, schooled on Vancouver Island and have lived in the Edmonton area for 40 years, with knowledge and love of the area, that gives me the experience to match the neighbourhood and home to your families, current and future, needs and desires.
