Including a hockey career where he excelled in a Major Jr and University level, employed and worked as an Emergency Medical Technician, an entrepreneur, and owner of a property management business. In addition, Wade grew up assisting his family's construction business allowing him to develop a deeper understanding of what it takes to build the housing industry. With this background, Wade focuses primarily on the quality of his clients rather than quantity. He specializes in helping families build generational wealth, emphasizing income properties.

Wade's achievements also include assisting investors and families in building generational wealth with a proven track record. As a go-getter, Wade has established his track record with his successful joint partnership properties, investment properties, home renovations, and collaborations with developers to create highly profitable income properties. 

Regarding Alberta Advantage in real estate, Wades' achievement has resided in the executive rental market, which has developed a track record for investment properties for close to 2 decades. His motto follows, "treating everyone how I expected to be treated has been my focus. One of my core principles I continue to live by today is: "if it is suitable for my family and me, it is suitable for my tenants."

Wade is working towards his black belt in Aikido during his spare time and is an avid outdoors enthusiast. He enjoys snowboarding in the mountains of Alberta and exploring the great outdoors. Organizations that Wade extended volunteer hours include coaching Sherwood Park Minor Hockey, Sherwood Park Kings Club, the Heart & Stroke, Cure PSP, Alzheimer's Association, United Way, and a grassroots mentoring program.
