Recently I sold my house and bought a condo. Cheryl Bobbie was a wonderful real estate agent. I have several houses in the US and have worked with quite a few real estate agents. I would rate Cheryl as one of the best that I have worked with. What is great about Cheryl is that she is not in the business of just selling you 'a house'. She actually wants to do what is right for you. She is a great advisor if you are selling your house but particularly so if you are buying a new house. She is one of the few agents who will discourage you from buying a house (even if it means she is going to miss out on the commission) if she thinks it is wrong for you. This is really important for people who do not know the area or the past problems in the area such as flooding etc. She is very patient when showing the houses, even the ones she knows you would not like .. just so that you have an idea of the market. She is lots of fun to work with. She actually cares for her clients. I have already recommended her to a few of my friends.

This was our first time selling a home and it was a stressful time with a baby on the way any day. Robyn understood the needs and concerns we had. Not once did we feel pressured or uncomfortable. She let us know what was what and things we needed to do prep our home for a quick sale. She helped us with the perfect way to stage our home to attract more buyers. We tried the best we could to bring our pups with us when showings were coming through. But even our dogs were comfortable with Robyn that they calmed (to a quieter bark) while showing our home. Robyn has had our best interest in mind the entire process, even in the purchase of our next home.
